Privacy notice
Last updated 24 August 2026
Indigo Health has not launched. Today the site does one thing: it takes your details for a waitlist and asks some optional research questions. This notice describes exactly that, and nothing more. It will be rewritten before any product handles your biological data.
We do not hold anyone's genetic, methylation, microbiome or blood data. The waitlist form does not accept file uploads, and no test results are stored anywhere in this service.
Who is responsible
Indigo Health is a pre-launch project operated by an individual, not yet a registered company. For anything in this notice — including a request to see or delete your data — write to indigo@indigocollective.ai. Replies come from a person, not a ticketing system.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form. There is nothing else.
When you join the waitlist
- Your email address. Required — it is how we reach you and how your record is identified.
- Your name, if you give one.
- What you are struggling with — a free-text box. People often write about how they feel, so this may contain health information. Write as much or as little as you want; it is optional.
- Where you heard about us, captured from the link you arrived on.
- Your consent choice, recorded as a yes or no.
If you answer the optional research questions
Every one of these is optional, and you can stop at any point. They exist so that what gets built is shaped by real answers rather than assumptions.
- Age range, and where in the world you are
- Which tests you have already done, and which wearable you use, if any
- Whether you know of a disease predisposition in your family
- What you currently spend on your health, and what you would consider a fair price
- Whether you would join, and whether you are open to a call
Why we collect it, and on what basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. That is the only basis we rely on, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us — see Your choices below.
- To keep you on the waitlist and tell you when there is something to tell you.
- To decide what to build first. The research answers are read in aggregate.
- To reply if you write to us.
We do not sell your data, share it for anyone else's marketing, or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who else handles it
Three services, each doing one job. They process data on our instructions and nothing more.
| Service | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Airtable | Stores the waitlist record and your answers | United States |
| Resend | Sends your confirmation email | European Union |
| Vercel | Hosts the site and runs the form endpoint | Global edge network |
This means your data leaves your country. If you are in the UK or the EU, storing your record in Airtable is an international transfer. We are telling you plainly rather than burying it; if that is not acceptable to you, do not submit the form, and email us to have anything already submitted deleted.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session cookies, no third-party trackers of any kind. The only outside request the page makes is to Google Fonts to load typefaces. That is why you are not being shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until the waitlist is closed and it is clear nothing is launching — whichever comes first.
- Free-text answers are deleted with the rest of your record on request.
- Emails you send us are kept for as long as the conversation is useful.
We would rather hold less. If a field stops informing a decision, it gets removed from the form and cleared from the records.
Your choices
Ask for any of these by emailing indigo@indigocollective.ai. No reason needed, and no form to fill in.
- See what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it entirely. The record goes, not just the email address.
- Stop the emails but stay on the list, or leave the list altogether. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link.
- Withdraw consent. This does not undo anything already done, but it stops everything from that point.
We aim to action requests within a few days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep their details. If you believe a child has signed up, tell us and we will remove the record.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and anyone on the list is told by email. It will be rewritten in full before Indigo Health handles biological data, because that is a materially different promise from the one on this page.
