These cover the site and the waitlist as they exist today. Indigo Health has not launched, there is no product to buy, and nothing here promises one.

Indigo Health is education, not medicine. Nothing here or in anything we send you is a diagnosis, a treatment, a prescription, or medical advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified clinician who can examine you.

When the product exists, it is designed to explain reasoning and to flag and refer — to tell you when something warrants a professional opinion, not to give you one. If you are worried about a symptom, speak to a doctor. If it is urgent, seek emergency care.

1What this is

A pre-launch site with a waitlist. Joining tells us you would like to hear when there is something to hear about, and lets you shape what gets built first. It is not a purchase, a booking, a subscription, or a reserved place in anything.

2Who operates it

Indigo Health is operated by an individual and is not yet a registered company. Contact: indigo@indigocollective.ai.

3No launch date, and no guarantee

We will not give you a launch date, because we do not have one and a made-up date is a lie with a deadline. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a price, a feature, or that Indigo Health launches at all. If it does not, we will say so.

4What you agree to

You are 18 or over.
The details you give are your own and accurate.
You will not use the site to break the law, to disrupt it, or to scrape it.
You understand the answers you give are used to decide what gets built, and are read in aggregate.

5Leaving

Any time, no reason needed. Email us, or use the unsubscribe link in anything we send. Ask for deletion and the whole record goes, not just your email address. See the privacy notice for what we hold and how that works.

6The content on this site

Text, design, images and code here belong to Indigo Health. Read it, share a link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not republish it as your own.

Anything you write to us — a survey answer, a reply to an email — stays yours. You are giving us permission to read it and act on what it tells us, nothing more. We will not publish your words with your name attached without asking you first.

7Where we stand on liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from acting on general information published on it.

What we do not do is try to sign away the things that should not be signed away: liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law where you live does not permit us to exclude.

8Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and anyone on the list is told by email. They will be rewritten in full before Indigo Health handles biological data or takes any payment.

9Governing law

To be confirmed alongside registration of the operating entity. Until then, nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have where you live.
